As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate telehealth psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults throughout Arizona. My approach goes beyond simply treating symptoms. I take the time to understand each patient's experiences, strengths, environment, and goals so that together we can develop a treatment plan that supports long-term emotional wellness and meaningful improvement in daily life.
I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, integrative medication management, and ongoing treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, OCD, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral concerns. When medication is appropriate, I strive to thoughtfully balance evidence-based treatment with other important factors such as sleep, nutrition, physical activity, school performance, family dynamics, and overall well-being. For children and adolescents, I also provide support with school-related concerns, including ADHD accommodations, 504 plans, IEP recommendations, and collaboration with therapists, pediatricians, and other members of a child's support system.
